In this video, as you may have already guessed from the title, I decide you need some upgrades on your pet, to help you out in your Fame Trains and in Oryx's.

What is happening here is that the additional fp required to max the second ability here was also applied towards the third ability, so the end result is that the 90/90/* pet here ends up ahead of the 90/90/* pet created by maxing before fusing. By maxing the Rare pets' second abilities before fusing, the third ability ends up lagging behind.

Fusing two pets will carry over the abilities of the chosen pet (placed on the left) and ignore the abilities of the second. For each rarity level, there is a maximum level that an ability can reach. Higher levels can mean higher frequency of the ability's use, greater effectiveness, and more power.

To fuse pets is to combine two pets of the same rarity in order to create a pet of the next rarity. This happens in the Pet Yard. There are a few important conditions that must be met before you can fuse your pets: Pet Yard: Your Pet Yard level must be at least one rarity higher than the pets you are attempting to fuse.

Pet Fusing is an action which takes place in the Pet Yard, wherein two pets of the same family and rarity are combined to create one new pet of the next rarity level. Your pet yard must be at least one tier above the pets you intend to fuse, in order to be able to attempt a fusion with those pets.

Fusing Once your pets are maxed to your desire, you are ready to fuse them. Open up the pet feeding/fusing interface in the manner described above. Click on the "Fuse" tab on the lower-right side of the interface. Select the pet you want to keep in the same way you would select them for feeding.

The short answer: Yes, unless you do not have a Rare pet with H/MH or MH/H yet. The longer answer: If you do not have a Rare pet with H/MH or MH/H, then open eggs until you find one of those. Once you have one of those (disregard the last ability), you can start maxing that (until max Rare, no further**!**).

EG: Pet 1: Level 50 Heal, Level 48 MP Heal Pet 2: Level 50 Electric, Level 50 Attack Far =

Pets are your friends that can follow you throughout your adventures in the Realm. They have abilities that can help the player out in combat, but they do not have a hitbox (so they can't defend you from enemy attacks) and don't have health points.
They are obtained from Pet Eggs, which can drop from various enemies throughout.
